About 15 years ago, I operated in El Salvador once while on an #EngineersWithoutBorders trip. I applied for an International Amateur Radio Permit and got a certificate to go in my passport. Only made a couple of contacts, using prefix YS/
I recently found a pse QSL card and SASE from that trip in my parents basement (my mailing address at the time)! Need to see if I can still reply.
